  •  WILL THE BATCHES VARY MONTHLY IN TERMS OF THE PRODUCT AND THE CUT RECEIVED?

The total weight of the boxes will be maintained, as will the approximate measurements per piece. We do however vary the cuts from month to month to keep it interesting and also to adapt with the seasons. 

 

  • CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your subscription services for regular deliveries at any time! You should cancel at least 48hrs prior to your next scheduled delivery, if you do it after the order has already been processed, you will still receive it and be charged for that order.

 

  • HOW DO WE SHIP?

You will receive your box at home, between 1-2 days after placing your order. FREE SHIPPING FROM YOUR VERY FIRST ORDER!

 

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER RECEIVING MY BOX?

Our meats are typically frozen to ensure quality during transportation. We recommend placing the products in the freezer immediately and then place the meat that you plan to consume in the refrigerator the day before you plan to cook it so it can defrost slowly. We use specialized vacuum-sealed packaging to maintain optimal freshness and preserve the quality of the meat.
